|Recommended: YesGreat complex — I like to live here. The only thing is that you cannot break the lease. The only way is paying a fee to put the apartment on the market and you must pay the rent until it get rented. It must be more flexible because things happen and it is hard to sustain a big expenditure like rent if you don't have a job.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice — The Park at Chappell Hill is very quiet, and very nice. The staff in the office and also the maintenance man make this property one of my personal top 3. It is at the end of the day an apartment though. The first level two bedroom I'm in is almost directly behind the garage I rent, so If you love your car that is a great bonus. The other bonus would be the fitness center which is only a building away. It's a small fitness center but it's close.
