Our apartment itself was left in a good condition when we arrived and is just the right amout of space for us. The only cons would be that the price is a little high and the parking is somewhat limited

submitted by Tina H. - |Recommended: YesClean, Safe and Feels like Home — I didn't really want to move into an apartment but The Parks at Chappell Hills as been a great experience. I feel safe and the complex is clean and well maintained. I know feel at home in my small but spacious apartment.

My only issue is the noise coming from above me sometimes early in the morning and late at night. But, that is typically what you get in any apartment complex. The grounds are always clean, and everything looks great. I would definitely recommend the complex to anyone hunting for an apartment I feel like this complex has it all

The complex is well kept, the apartments have a great layout and the staff is very friendly. Maintenance responds to any issues in a very timely manner, and are very communicative when they have been into your apartment and once they have completed the task. Overall, it is a great place to live

submitted by Pamela M. - |Recommended: YesBeautiful property but need security — Staff is wonderful. Grounds are well maintained. Apartments are in good condition. Maintenance requests are quickly addressed. Car was vandalized so security needs to be addressed.

It's been almost 6 months Im living here. I can say there was not even a single time that I wished something was different within this complex... I absolutely recommend it
